Question:
I have a 79 f150 with an old school chrome deep bumper. It is a 10” , would you guys have a hitch that would work on the truck? Doesn’t need to be able to haul an insane amount since it’s a half ton truck with a 9in lift and 38s.

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13099 will fit your 1979 Ford F-150 with the deep drop rear bumper. This receiver is a class III rated for towing up to 6,000lbs of trailer weight with up to 600lbs of tongue weight. It can tow up to 10,000lbs with up to 1,000lbs of tongue weight by using a weight distribution hitch.
To tow a trailer you will most likely need a hitch like the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # 325-GH-317 which has a 15" drop. When not towing you can add the Step # GY79VR to make climbing up to your bed much easier.
The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C55301 will give you a 4-way flat which is needed for most small trailers. An Extension # HM47114 will come in handy to connect to your trailer due to the additional height.
