Is it possible to upgrade the suspension on a 2017 Bullet 251RBS? The specs indicate the wheel base is 43 inches.

For your 2017 Keystone Bullet Ultra Lite 251RBS with the 43" wheelbase your trailer is most likely using either a 10" # MR54AR or 14-3/4" # MR34AR equalizer. You will need to measure your current equalizer from center of bolt hole to center of bolt hole where the shackle straps attach.
You will also want to check the length of your shackle straps to find the correct upgrade kit. These are measured similarly to the equalizer from bolt hole center to bolt hole center.
2-1/4" Long Shackle Straps # MR46ZR
3-1/8" Long Shackle Straps # MR76ZR
