For your 2023 Kia Sportage HEV I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e38KR. The Hidden Hitch by Draw-Tite # DT26GR you found if for a Jeep Grand Cherokee and they do not offer a similar receiver for your Kia. I feel our etrailer receiver is the best option as it uses a matte black finish which best blends in with the accent pieces of your Sportage. It also has a hidden cross tube so all you see behind your Kia is the 2" receiver opening.

I recommend installing the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C99DR when you install the receiver. This is a custom fit 4-way harness which plugs in line of your factory tail light connectors. This will allow you to tow most small trailers and will also for Auxiliary Lights # C53201 if you are carrying a hitch mounted accessory which interferes with the view of your tail lights.
