Recommended Replacement for Barker VIP 3000 A-Frame Tongue Jack

Question:

I have a Barker VIP 3000 tongue jack and I heard that the up and down toggle switch often just stops working. And that is what happened to mine right in the middle of going up. I have a 2017 Airstream international with this Barker VIP 3000 tongue jack. I removed the four prong switch and all the switches that Barker is telling me I need. It are six prongs switches. Im not understanding how to hook a six-prong switch to a four prong switch. Can you help me?

I do have some replacement options but we don't carry Barker jacks so I wouldn't be able to assist with wiring a new switch as I know nothing about them. That said, I did look in the manual and found a schematic which is attached below but I'm not sure if that gives you what you need as it's a four prong. Therefore, I think your best option for this would be to reach out to Barker directly. That said, if you can't get the issues figured out with your old jack we have an excellent replacement option that is super cost effective, the Electric Jack with Footplate part # EJ-3520-BBX.
