The Jayco Jay Flight SLX 195RB has a gross vehicle weight rating of 3,500 lbs so the most the hitch weight will ever be is around 525 lbs. The Fastway e2 Weight Distribution System part # FA92-00-0800 is my recommendation for this. It can be used in reverse as well without unhooking. Please note, you'll also need the 2" Hitch Ball for Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Systems part # EQ91-00-6080 to complete your setup.
