Question:
Is there an actual tire for the front of a pop up camper in place if the little metal caster? We’re in a tight spot and would like to be able to push it a ways, but can’t with that little wheel.

Standard trailer jack wheels are either plastic or metal so there isn't a rubber tire available. But we do have the Trailer Valet # STC-V211 which is both a jack and a trailer mover rated up to 500 pounds tongue.
You may also be able to use mount # DL22144 which holds a spare tire but can also use that spare tire to make it a dolly. The only problem would be turning since this is a fixed position carrier.
Another option is to use a different jack that has dual wheels. That would make it easier to move the trailer around. I don't know what type of jack is on your trailer or how it mounts but some examples of dual-wheel trailers include the following:
# FXPD15L
# MJ-1500B-DWL
# DL22580
