What Width Measurement is Needed To Pick Out Lippert SolidStep

I just want to make sure Im measuring the door width correctly. As I understand, the width measurement is from jam to jam, not from flange to flange. My jam to jam is 29 1/4inch and flange to flange is 28. Ground to threshold distance is 30. Im thinking I need Item # LC791573 and not Item # LC791572. Is that correct?

To fit a Lippert SolidStep like the part # LC791572 you need to measure the actual opening and not the flange around the opening. Since you said jam to jam that would indicate actual width of 29-1/4 inches so you would want the # LC791573 that you referenced. This is compatible with your entry height of 30 inches as well.
