This part worked great for our 2011 Lance. It was very easy to install and it even had a feature our old motor did not. We can now manually back the awning in and out with the provided override. You may have to modify the wiring connections, but it is only two wires.
We received our shipment as expected! I installed the the new motor in our awning. It was simple to install and the awning is running perfectly and is so quiet!
The customer rep, Stacy A., assisted us with our purchase. There was some confusion on my part about exactly what I needed and what I was ordering but Stacy was so knowledgeable she set me straight. I am so thankful that she did because the part we received was the part we needed! We will definitely be using etrailer.com for any other needs that might come up!
This was for a power awning. It is still working a year later. Very easy replacement. Even though your up a ladder the replacement went very smooth. Helpful hint: spread a tarp under the ladder. You have to remove about 6 to 8 screws in the housing and motor mount. I dropped one in the grass. Took me forever to find it. They are black and pretty much disappear

Actually about two years now and awning still working like new.

product only lasted a couple of months. Your motor still worked but didn't have enough power to roll the awning in. I had to manually assist to get the awning back in. So I had to buy another one. since yours didn't last, i purchased the replacement from another vendor. unless there's something else wrong that caused your product to fail, i'm disappointed in your product. I guess i'll find out if the replacement also fails in a couple of months. Since I only camp for 6 months out of the year, it will probably be next year before I know whether the replacement is still working or not as I just replaced this motor and there is only a couple of months left in the camping season this year.
This motor was a direct fit and easy to install. I read the question about installing, on his website, and it was extremely easy. Unroll 12 inches, support the arms, take the motor off. Reverse order to install new one.
The delivery was quick and delivered on the date specified in the email. They sent me a tracking number, so I was able to track it from shipping to delivery!
Best price from what I found looking, great follow-up, and great product. I will definitely order from etrailer.com again!

This is exactly the replacement part that I busted on my camper awning. Dealing with etrailer was an easy and non-frustrating experience. The price was reasonable and the service is exceptional. F Y I ,,, This has nothing to do with Etrailer !!
crappy motor, lci has issues! New motor unwinds the awning fine but rewinds very slow than stops. someone has to come up with a good after market motor to fix there issues. this is not the first go around with lci awnings ( 2 campers ) a 13 & a 17 ------- 5 motors all together. My new trailer, i demanded i would not take the unit with a lci awning on it.
the only good thing with this motor is you can put a drill on it to roll the awning in and out.

Replacement awning motor Installation was straightforward. It works but the awning retract is very slow. Seems like the motor should have a little more power.
Sorry but I didn't get to use it. Upon further inspection of existing motor I was able to repair a loose wire that was causing the issue. Thanks for your prompt shipping and fair price. I will certainly purchase from you again.

Parts work well. Fifth wheel is easy to remove & replace as needed. It did take some work to install but overall I'm happy with the kit.
