The Curt bumper hitch you referenced, part # E-3S is a multi-fit application that will fit many different vehicles. The hitch is compatible with a standard step bumper, so if your Tacoma has that type of bumper it should work. I have provided a photo showing the bolt hole spacing of the hitch that you can compare to your bumper.
The hitch has a 5000 lb towing/500 lb tongue weight capacity that will be limited by the capacity of the truck or the bumper itself if it is lower.
