will the E-3S fit the 2004 Toyota Tundra SR5 Access cab bumper without any drilling ....

In order to determine whether or not the Curt Specialty Trailer Hitches # E-3S would fit on your 2004 Toyota Tundra without drilling you will need to check out the picture I attached that shows the dimensions of the mounting holes for this hitch and compare them to your bumper.
You should note that while this hitch is rated for 500 lb of tongue weight and 5,000 lbs of gross trailer weight you will still need to avoid exceeding the weight capacity of the bumper of your vehicle.
If you are looking for a hitch that I can guarantee does not need any drilling check out the Draw-Tite # 75105. This hitch bolts right to the frame. Check out the installation instructions and video I attached also.
