It sounds like you are wanting to know if by installing the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL24JQ will increase your payload capacity on your 2023 Toyota Tundra double cab. With these or any other type of suspension enhancement it will not increase your payload or towing capacity. These simply make towing with heavy loads safer as they do not allow the rear suspension to sag as much. When your rear suspension sags it can give the front end a light feel which leads to diminished braking and a light steering feel.
