By distributing the weight across all four wheels, they help maintain steering control, braking performance, and safe headlight aim while protecting your factory suspension from overload strain.
Whether you’re towing heavy or driving empty, these air springs let you dial in the perfect support. Each bag can be inflated independently through manual valves for side-to-side or front-to-rear leveling. Run higher pressure for heavy-duty loads or drop down to the minimum 5 psi when unloaded for a smoother ride. It’s a simple way to keep your setup comfortable and stable no matter what you’re carrying.
Air Lift designed these bags for durability where it counts. The springs are made from two-ply, fabric-reinforced rubber and capped with high-strength Zytel nylon endcaps that are lighter, stronger, and more corrosion resistant than steel. This design prevents rust-related air loss common in metal caps and extends the life of your suspension system. Upper and lower roll plates add extra protection and increase load capacity for long-term reliability.
Getting extra support doesn’t have to mean a complicated install. The LoadLifter 5000 kit comes complete with mounting brackets, hardware, air lines, and manual inflation valves—everything needed to get set up. Once mounted, simply pump air through the bumper-mounted valves and you’re ready to go. If you want automatic adjustments later, an optional compressor system with in-cab gauges can be added separately for on-the-fly convenience.

Air Lift. 2 thumbs up. After the price came down or the price went up on add a leaf, it was a good deal. Works great
