Please advise if this part will fit on the 2002 version xterra. I note in video it is a 2004 nissan xterra. Thank you.

The Tow Package Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118244 that you referenced is designed to fit 2000-2004 Nissan Xterra's so it should work well on your 2002 model.
