The Replacement Bevel Gears for HappiJac Truck Camper Jack Systems # LC182851 are the correct gears for your 4600 jacks. However, we unfortunately do not have any pictures or videos of the steps to replace the gears. I will go over how to do this the best I can below.
First remove your motor using the two bolts (if you have a motor on your jack). Then take a flathead screwdriver to the top of the jack to pry out the cam lever and hinge the button from the sides of the motor cam. Grab the loose part with needle nose pliers.
Use the screwdriver again to pop off the e-ring clip from the end of the docket shaft and pull the crank socket from the tube along with the vertical bevel gear. After this you can grab the horizontal bevel gear too. Then take the drift pin from the drive shaft. You can completely remove the outer tube off of the inner tube. Remove the washer and nylon bushing from the outer tube. Now, you're ready to install the new gears.
Now, you're ready to install the new gears. Which is basically the same steps, but in reverse order.
