Lift Kit for Dexter Torflex #11 Axle on 2008 Airstream Safari Bambi Travel Trailer

Question:
I have a 2008 19-foot single axle Airstream Safari Bambi. It has the 4300-pound Dexter Torflex axle number 11. The axle mounting bolts are 9-/2inch on centers. I would like a lift kit but do not want the tandem axle kit #70-727-02. Is an appropriate 2-7/8inch lift kit available?

The only lift kit that Dexter Axle offers for your Torflex #11 axle, for whatever reason, is the Tandem Axle Kit # K71-724-02. We've double checked with Dexter directly a few different times and this is just what they sell.
With this being the case I recommend either seeing if a friend is in a similar situation and wants to split the cost with you or you'll have to look into a whole new axle system for your trailer, which is even less appealing.
I wish I had better news for you.
