Ready for the road, this pre-mounted tire and wheel combo handles your gear with confidence. Aluminum wheel resists corrosion, and the low-profile tire helps boost fuel efficiency.
This combo comes pre-mounted and aired up, so it's ready to install right out of the box. Whether you're replacing a worn-out setup or prepping a new trailer, you'll save time and skip the hassle of separate mounting and inflation.
With a Load Range E rating, this tire offers strong hauling capacity for gear, tools, or recreational equipment. A great choice for steady performance without upsizing your setup.
This popular bolt pattern works with many common utility, cargo, and boat trailers. It's a reliable match for most heavy-duty trailers, so you can tow with confidence knowing it fits right.
The KR35 tread is engineered to help channel water away from the contact patch, improving grip and stability on wet pavement. Whether you're towing through rain or shine, it keeps your trailer tracking with confidence.
Radial construction helps reduce heat buildup and extend tread life. The 16" x 6" aluminum wheel uses a 2-step finishing process with an e-coat primer and gray powder coat that resists rust and road wear.
If the tire fails under normal use in the first year, it gets replaced - simple as that. Combined with a limited 2-year warranty on the wheel, its peace of mind that your tire and wheel combo is covered from day one.
If the tire fails under normal use in the first year, Kenda will replace it. That's confidence you can count on, whether you're heading to the jobsite or the campsite.

Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this Kenda Karrier KR35 ST235/80R16 Load Range E radial trailer tire mounted on this 16-inch black aluminum AM08 wheel. Now, this trailer tire and wheel combo is gonna be a convenient, ready to install package that's going to come with the tire already mounted on this aluminum wheel. And this is a stylish black machined aluminum wheel, so it's gonna save you the hassle of having the wheel and the tire assembled separately. It's basically gonna be ready to go right outta the box.
Now, as I mentioned at the beginning of our time together and as we have stamped here on our tire, this is an ST235/80R16 radial trailer tire. And this tire is designed specifically for trailers and not for vehicles. This is a load range E tire, and it's rated to carry up to 3,500 pounds at 90 PSI. So this is gonna be a solid choice for those heavier utility, equipment, boat, or travel trailers. And of course, that radial construction's gonna help this tire run cooler on the highway, which is gonna reduce heat buildup, promote more even tread wear, and it can help extend the life of your tire as well.
Now for traction, this tire uses Kenda's KR35 all-season tread design which features channels that's gonna help move water away from the contact patch. That's gonna help improve wet road performance and give you more confidence when you're towing in those rainy conditions. Now, this aluminum wheel, when you measure the diameter, measuring bead seat to bead seat is 16-inches. The width of the wheel is 6-inches. And as I mentioned, this does feature this black machined finish that's gonna give you a clean, modern look while also resisting corrosion better than many steel wheels.
This wheel itself is rated for up to 3,580 pounds, but you are limited by the lowest rated component, so that's the tire at 3,500 pounds. And a few other pieces of information about this wheel. The bolt pattern is six on 5 1/2-inches. And if you need help figuring out how to measure the bolt pattern on your trailer, on this product page a little bit lower down, we actually walk you through step by step how you can measure your bolt pattern, whether you have an odd or an even bolt hole pattern. So do make sure that you measure the bolt hole pattern on your trailer to make sure that this is going to work for your trailer.
If you think you might need some help getting this installed on your trailer, we can help you with that. On this product page, typically found underneath the photo section, we have a link that will take you to our installer locator. Click that link and answer the questions that it has for you, and that locator will find an installer in your area that etrailer has partnered with to get this installed for you. I think it's gonna wrap up our look today. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.

It's almost like these wheels were made to me mounted on your trailer, Keith. Also good luck on the suspension upgrade once you tackle that job. What kind of upgrade were you looking at going, equalizer, shackle upgrade, or all of the above?

New wheels are looking sharp Rey! What body of water do you mainly get out on? I am in Missouri and enjoy my nice days out on the boat fishing for bass at Lake of the Ozarks and Mark Twain Lake.

Would absolutely love to see how everything looks once the wheels are on. Also, how custom are your custom lug nuts? is it just the length or is there something else to them?
