Question:
I have a 2017 E350 motorhome. I am considering the airlift 88138 ultimate air bags. My question is how much lift can I expect with these bags?

If fully inflated you can expect your ride height to be lifted at most about an inch with the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL88138.
That said, generally the air springs won't be inflated fully as you want to find the psi that gives your rig the support it needs without overdoing it, which can lead to bounce. So in practice, the # AL88138 won't truly provide a lift, but they will do a very nice job at helping reduce body roll and improve stability because the air bags will take much of the force when you encounter high wind gusts or tighter turns.
The only other thing I recommend considering with these air bags are a compressor because it makes it much simpler to both monitor and maintain their psi. A wireless is the easiest option, the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Remote - Bluetooth - EZ Mount # AL74000EZ.
