I do have an option for you but we don't carry replacement parts for Dometic awnings unfortunately. That said, we do still have a way to get you back up and running and it's with the Solera 12V Electric RV Awning Conversion Kit part # LC434723 which will replace the arms and motor of your existing awnings and mount up to your existing fabric and roll bar. If you prefer white, we have these available as well under part # LC434724.
Unfortunately, we don't offer any universal motors either.
