The # 118266 is designed for a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder without a factory trailer connector. The plug for the jumper will be in the location you described, behind the kick panel on the passenger's side. However, since you already have a factory trailer connector there will already be a jumper in place which means you aren't going to see an open plug. This is probably the reason why you aren't finding it.
This would also mean you have the relays in place. Assuming that is the case, you can plug in the 7-way and you will be ready to go. If not, make sure you are looking at the top of all of the connectors. There should be an open 12-pin connector tucked behind everything to plug the jumper into.
I attached an installation video for your reference. If you watch starting at the 2:50 mark you will see where the connector is located.
