Hi. I like the Curt hitch for my 2023 Envision so I can use the Piston bike rack. Is there anything else I need for this?

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C94NR is a great choice for carrying the Kuat Piston Pro X Bike Rack # KU98VR on your 2023 Buick Envision. This bike rack does feature lights on the outer part of the frame that I recommend utilizing so you'll also want to install the T-Connector Wiring Kit # C56325 and mounting brackets # 18144 and # 18140 for that feature.
The Piston Pro X features other accessories like the Fender Straps # KU43VR that allow you to carry bikes with fenders or the Loading Ramp # KU63VR which makes it easier to load bikes, but those are based more on whether you'd like to have them or not - they aren't exactly "necessary".
