Very easy to install. I like how close to bumper it sits as it makes it look like came from car factory. Plan to use it for our kayak. The wood in the photo was juat to check level bwtween front roof rack cross bar and the t-bar hitch extender.
Definitely takes two PATIENT people. Did NOT have to release the muffler supports as shown in the video. The wire fish process worked great once I had a full understanding of how to do it. The printed instructions are somewhat confusing but again, the videos saved us. When I called for clarification on the fish wire process, the person answering the phone was not very knowledgeable but she was polite and patient with trying to get the info I needed. It seems the person I needed was not available so they sent me a video that was somewhat helpful. Luckily my son found a video that was more informative and we got it done.
Came with everything I needed. Not a car guy but I work with tools. I was able to get this hitch installed on my own with minimal tools available. Happy with the purchase and price.
2023 Buick Envision ST. I did not have to remove muffler brackets. Jockey hitch into position coming in above tail pipes and up to frame with bolts ready. Insert bolt guide wires before getting too close. Jacking up car in back can help with clearance, but I didn't need to. Use floor jack to hold hitch if doing it by yourself. Note, if you need to remove muffle brackets you must turn 15mm bolt heads. The nuts are more accessible but welded on.
This little project of installing hitch on the car could not have gone much better then it did. Took me a little extra time threading bolts through the frame holes but not complaining a bit .I was done with it a lot faster then I thought I would be. Great fit when finished.

I think your hitches are wonderful and super easy to install. Your on line instructions/video are spot on. Took me 1 hour to install with 1 other person, taking our time. I love the fish wire you provided for the bolts, they made the job quick and easy. I will highly recommend your hitches to others!

A friend recommended etrailer when I mentioned the need for a receiver from my 21 Buick Envision. I found this model, mainly to hold a bike rack, and it was a perfect fit for the vehicle.
The instruction video had my model Envision and it went together step by step like instructed.
One note, I did the install by myself, which wasn't bad at all, but found using a floor jack, to raise and lower as needed, was very helpful! Be safe and be sure to strap the receiver to the jack for safety.

Outstanding product. Took 15 minutes for my mechanic to mount. Rock solid and a perfect fit.

Was very impressed with the hitch and the service when ordering. The documentation was also very helpful. From a previous review I found it very helpful to have a second pair of hands. The only other thing I would suggestion I would have is to be clear that this can be installed without removing the rear middle portion of the bumper by working the bumper (with two people) up behind the tail pipes and then into place. Very happy with it.
