Will this hitch work and bolt up to my truck with out any problems? 2002 gmc 2500hd.

I have a hitch for your 2002 GMC Sierra 2500HD but the item # 13932 only fits the 1500 models. Instead you will want the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 14211. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your GMC with included hardware. It fits the 6-1/2' and 8' bed models with or without the rear hitch.
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 14211 is a class IV hitch, with a 2" receiver, and it weighs 60 lbs. It has a 10,000 lbs towing capacity, and a 1,000 lbs maximum tongue weight. This can be increased to 12,000 lbs and 1,200 lbs when used with a weight distribution system. This hitch is made in the USA.
If your Sierra 2500 HD has the 8' bed with the10" deepdrop bumper you are going to need the B&W Heavy-Duty Trailer Hitch Receiver item # BWHDRH25187.
