Even Though The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13240 is rated for a 525 pound tongue weight, since your vehicle's manual states that you have a maximum tongue weight of 220 pounds you 100% can not exceed the 220 pounds. So I do not recommend hauling around your dirt bike carrier because it exceeds the 220 pounds. You also would have to add the weight of the dirt bike added onto the carrier and that would more than double the maximum tongue weight for your 2019 Hyundai Tucson. There will be no way possible to increase the reliability of the hitch or dirt bike carrier.
Though your tongue weight is an issue, you could tow your dirt bike on a small trailer. With the picture you attached it shows you can tow up to 1,500 pounds. So if the trailer plus the weight of the dirt bike is under 1,500 pounds you will be perfect. To tow a trailer though you will need to install The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118501. I like this harness over the others confirmed for your vehicle because it has a more reliable converter box which will last longer than the other harnesses that we offer.
I attached an installation video link below of the Curt hitch being installed on your exact vehicle and an installation video of the T-One harness being installed on a 2017 Hyundai Tucson. The installation process will be the same for your 2018 Hyundai Tucson. If you have any further questions please reach back out to me and I would be more than happy to further assist you in your towing endeavors.
