The hitch I recommend for carrying bike racks with your 2017 Hyundai Tucson Sport would be the Curt hitch part # C13240 as it's mostly hidden, the 2 inch size which has more weight capacity and racks made for it, and because it's easier to install.

Then for a bike rack the best value out there is the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider part # HR200Z which is very easy to use and load since it's a platform rack but what separates it from other racks near it's price is how rock solid it is in the hitch it's installed in when driving.
