The product page CLEARLY declares that this item will fit a 2020 Tucson (like mine). While it's perhaps possible that this item does, it will require removing the exhaust system in order to find out. etrailer could have mentioned this. For now, because of this wrinkle, it's TBD.

Hitch installed without a hitch. I should have read the advice on the installation sheet regarding cleaning the threads. I bought a tap and cleaned the threads after an attempt to install the bolts. Dropping the muffler a bit definitely helped.
received my hitch in excellent condition , install was a little difficult due to double tail pipe on passenger side, I had to remove the rubber grommet that holds the muffler to get the hitch over the exhaust. The matte black finish was a great choice, great hitch and price. Highly recommended.
The installation was easy, no issues. I have used the hitch for carrying bikes. I have also purchased a wiring harness but haven't installed it yet!

after reading the negitive comments about receiving equipment that didn't fit or was damaged I was concerned about the hitch I ordered.
Contrary to my concerns my order was on time, undamaged, high quality, and fit perfectly.
The hitch was installed in a couple hours with no fit issues at all. I gave this prodct and E-Hitch a 5 star rating. I only wish all my projects were this successful.

Shipping was great the hitch is wounderfull, all the parts came as advertised. 7 of the 8 bolts to mount the hitch to the frame rail went in fine the last bolt took an hour to get in. There are two bolt holes on the hitch that didn’t line up with the frame rail but with some persuasion I got the last one in. Yes, I did not tighten any of the bolts down till all the bolts were screwed into the frame rail. The two bolt holes that didn’t line up correctly caused some binding on the bolts as I screwed them in tight. And yes I got to use some colorful words as all this was happening!

Great products! Your hitch receiver is much heavier and more strongly built that the factory receiver I replaced. Although the tubing and plates are thicker than the original, I was able to put it in place without dropping the muffler by rotating it 180 degrees to get the right end over the tail pipes and turn it in place. Easy install. The brake controller and harness appear to be excellent. I haven't pulled the trailer yet so can't comment on the braking. I am quite satisfied with the purchase experience and the products. Thank you.

Still going strong a year out. No issues.
The trailer hitch fit perfectly. All the parts and instructions needed were in the package. And the hitch itself is hidden under the vehicle unlike other ones that stick out. Love it.
This thing looks great. Haven't towed with it but was very easy to install on my Hyundai Tucson. It had a few dings when it arrived but nothing that broke through the paint so it will still resist rust. Seems to be pretty heavy duty.
Easily installed and useful.
Product came with many wear marks some right through to bare metal. When product is traveling 600 or 700 miles it might be wise to wrap it with an extra piece of cardboard very cheap fix. Would have never got the hitch in place without dropping. The muffler website was great lots information. Lots of great videos.
Excellent fitment for my 2017 hyundai tucson. Great informational youtube video instructions for both the hitch itself and the wiring. The coating appears to be well done and welds appear to be done very well and appears to have great penetration. I bought a hyundai branded cap from ebay for reference... Very fast shipping, durable packaging and no issues at all. Hoping this holds up for a long time. Would buy again and definitely recommend.

I love trailer products because they are a hidden type hitch where you only see the square hitch and not the support beams. They also are rated to hand the heavy load to be towed. The mail quickly and feel they offer great after sale support. One last thing they also have videos walking you through the install on individual types of vehicles.

Overall the purchase/ delivery experience was excellent. The price is also fair considering the competition. I have a 2021 Hyundai Tuscon with double exhaust caps. I found a video on the company web that helped with the installation. They said that dropping the exhaust to install was optional. The instructions do not mention lowering the exhaust but really should. They do however recommend removing the lower underside panels that I also suggest. Removal provides additional space for securing the 4 bolts on each side. In my experience with this DIY, the hitch will not fit over the passenger exhaust unless both exhaust hangers are detached and exhaust lowered a few inches. An exhaust removal tool runs about $[XX]-$[XX] and is worth the cost over commercial installation at $[XX]-$[XX] per hour. As recommended in the video, I also suggest the use of a Q wrench which will ensure 40 psi fastening for each bolt. A wrench extension will be needed for at least 1 of the horizontal bolts on each side. The video mentions nothing about re-installation of exhaust hangars or details on panel re-installation. Turns out, it wasn't that difficult but I was hoping for the best, especially for the exhaust. The instructions and video could be more thorough for buyers who have never tackled the removal of exhausts ie add details on fishing the hitch over the exhaust, securing with bolts and re-attaching the exhaust hangars. Overall a good choice with etrailer and the quality of the hitch is outstanding.
