The only difference between the # 42866UC3 and # 8-219-4UC3 is the grease seal. The # 8-219-4UC3 uses a # GS-2125DL grease seal with an inner diameter of 2.125" and outer diameter of 3.376". The # 42866UC3 uses a # GS-2250DL grease seal with a larger 2.25" inner diameter.
