My remote also operates the slide out as well as the jacks. Will this cable control the slide out as well as the jacks for my 2021 Lance Truck Camper?

The Replacement Remote Cable for HappiJac Electric Truck Camper Jack Systems # LC149557 is just the way for your remote # LC723915 to connect to the controller for initial setup or if you had an older non-wireless model. It won't control anything but will allow the remote and controller to communicate with each other.
I'm curious to see exactly what kind of setup you have that operates both the slides and the jacks. If you could send in some pictures I can take a look and we can figure out the correct replacement components you need.
