I have a couple of options for you but I checked with Hopkins and there are no custom wiring kits for the 2015 Mini Cooper. Instead you will want to use the Tekonsha Upgraded Heavy Duty ModuLite Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness item # 119190KIT. This harness will provide you with a 4-flat connector and will need to be spliced into your Mini's tail light wiring.
If you are not interested in splicing into your Mini's wires then I recommend the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector and Installation Kit item # 119250KIT. This kit has sensors that clamp onto the wires of your factory tail light wiring harness to detect current and send the signals through to the 4-flat connector.
We don't have any videos of these wiring harnesses being installed in a Mini but these are universal harnesses. I have linked a couple of videos below that will give you an idea of the process involved with installing these wiring kits.
