We are running step motor #300-1457. Is the controller 1510000172 LC379146 the controller that goes with this motor?

The Replacement Control Unit # LC379146 is designed to work with the Motor # LC379147. The step motor 300-1457 is an aftermarket motor that was designed as a replacement for the Kwikee/Lippert motor. As the motor you have is designed as a replacement you should not have any issues but as it is not manufactured by Kwikee/Lippert I cannot be sure of any issues you may have and recommned contacting the aftermarket motor manufacturer.
