Awesome product but due to measurement issues et the website i ordered the wrong one. It looked awesome but I have to return the product and have a larger screen delivered

You did not or could not determine which size to order so I messed up. I brought replaced from some where else. A mistake I will not repeat. You have a customer here.

That is a bummer that you were not able to use it. The best way to make sure that it will fit is to measure the width of the door frame from edge to edge and round up to the nearest even number.
Screen was scratched and had no instructions included. Used product
Good quality product. I was not sure about the installation.
I believed it should have been mounted on the inside but
the ledge was on the outside. My trailer, a Lance, was made
the opposite. I also discovered the size was wrong, my fault.
I returned it and bought it locally cheaper in the right size.
Have had it installed for over a year of use! Has protected the screen from elbows, feet, pet-pushing .....all of the above!! A great addition that keeps me from having to re-screen endlessly! I always find what I need on etrailer
The product seems solid enough, but the test will be when we get our dog inside; however, there is a gap at the top, and I can’t figure out how to install the plastic strips to fill it in. It would have been nice to have actual instructions included with the product instead of having to search Google and YouTube for tutorials and “how-to” videos. Customer service on e-Trailer end was very good. Will use them again.

Love it! Keeps our Doodle from running through the screen. etrailer.com shipped the Defender in a box that prevented the screen from getting damaged. I initially ordered it from Walmart. However, they shipped it as is, so the top part of the screen was warped. I returned the damaged defender and ordered from etrailer.com. Our front door Defender also arrived damaged, so I going to order the 30" from etrailer.com next. From now on, I'm going to etrailer.com for all of our travel trailer needs first.
