Question:
Hi, looking for a hitch to carry bikes class 2?, no need for wiring harness but those I see seem to drastically reduce ground clearance. Looking to cut a hole in rear bumper. Do I need an oem hitch and do you carry those? Thanks

The best trailer hitch we have for clearance on your 2013 Toyota Highlander is the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7137 as it has a crosstube that sits behind the bumper so the only part below the bumper is the 2" hitch receiver (see attached photo). From what I'm seeing there are some OEM hitches that fit in a cutout on your bumper but we don't sell the OEM hitches so the EcoHitch is what you'll want to go with if you go the aftermarket route.
If you don't already have a bike rack I highly recommend checking out the Kuat NV 2.0 Base Bike Rack # BA22B because it has a sleek matte black finish that matches any black trim on your vehicle, it's compatible with a wide variety of bikes, and Kuat made the rack so it's extremely easy to use.
Attached is a review video of the NV 2.0 Base for you to check out.
