The only way to know which size replacement arm you need is to measure the one currently on your 2017 Keystone Springdale Travel Trailer. The Replacement Pitch Arm Assembly for Solera XL item # LC74VR you were looking at measures 78".
For 63" arms you will want item # LC67VR
For 69" arms you will want item # LC375994
