Quick delivery from etrailer. I had to wait for better weather to get this installed. It was a perfect replacement for the original support that was broken due to rain accumulation on the awning.
Lippert (the manufacturer) told me that they did not make individual parts and that I had to buy the entire assembly. So glad I found etrailer.com. The part was an exact match to the original !

Our awning arm broke from storm. All camper dealers would or could not take time to help us . We contacted etrailer and were the best. They went over everything helped us order parts and quickly shipped them out to us. My fiends helped me install new arm and it works perfectly . And they also saved us so much money compared to what camper dealers wanted .

You are a lifesaver. I was all set up as a host at a campground and did a stupid thing and broke the pitch arm on my awning. The last thing I wanted to do was pack up and tow to a trailer repair place. Our friend is a mechanic said if I could find the part he could replace it. Went to several dealers in the area but none had the part. Three days after ordering from you, we had it in hand and by the 4th day had it replaced. Now I'm not sitting in the heat and we didn't have to pack and tow!

We bought a new 2020 Grand Design and had to replace both pitch arms for our Solera awning at the end of the season in 2021. I know have another one that is failing. I was advised that you can't just get replacement nut\bolt hardware, have to buy the whole arm assembly. No warranty and it seems like these have a two year life span.
The RV is a Jayco 5th wheel with a Solera/Lippert pair of awnings. The original arms started to give out under normal wear and tear - pulling them down to pitch one side of the awning. The ends started to split and curl up, which weakened the "bolt" point and eventually sheared the ends. I think the whole design is poor.
It was easy to find the right ones from etrailer. My flat awning support arm (which is attached to the RV) is 63" so that much was a match. The length of the new pitch arms also matched at 33" ( if I remember correctly) and the holes seemed to be the same.
I ordered on a Tuesday and the part arrived at the RV park in Silver Springs, FL, on Saturday with free shipping. I love free.
One person can probably do the job, but in my case it took three of us. One person on each end of the awning - supporting the arms - and one person in the middle supporting the awning tube assembly. Both of my arms were sheared off - if you are replacing ones that have not failed then I bet one person one a ladder could do the job.
Product was great. Lockable washers that were needed for for install were not included and were sold separately for extremely high cost.
Broke this part on our Imagine trailer during a Florida rainstorm. The new part from Etrailer was a perfect fit with quick shipping. Thanks, Etrailer!
We order this product and the company emailed me after a couple of days and let me know that they had not received the product from the manufacturer and offered to send me what they did have or they would let me know when it arrives. I opted to wait and it was only a couple of more days and it was delivered. Got them installed on the camper and they were exactly what we needed. I appreciate all the communication from etrailers and I recommend ordering from them to anyone.
This part was the exact replacement for what I needed. I will save anyone that is looking to buy this part a little bit of time on the installation. For my 2023 Flagstaff Microlite 25 FKBS, in order to get the final holes to match up I had to extend my awning approximately 2-feet away from the camper to get the holes in the awning arm to match up perfectly with the holes in this replacement pitch arm.
Ordered part on a Friday afternoon and received it the following Monday. Excellent shipping experience. Part fit perfectly.
