I have a solution for you but the Curt item # C60652 will not fit your 1993 Chevrolet C/K Series truck. Instead you will want the Curt Double Lock, Flip and Store Underbed Gooseneck Hitch w/ Installation Kit item # C60713. This kit fits both the 6-1/2' and 8' bed models not the cab and chassis model.
