Do you sell the rubber piece that goes on the top of the Thule T2 bike carrier hook?

I checked with Thule and they do not offer just the foam piece that goes on the hook of the Replacement Hook for Thule T2 Bike Carrier # 753-3583 so only solution is the entire hook assembly.
