Question:

I just bought a used Thule 4 bike, 2 inch hitch, platform rack. It has a sticker on the underside of the rack that shows it is a 918xtr, the date on the sticker is 05/08/13. And there is this SN1705072. I need to replace one of the locking ratchet arms including the lock cable. I can’ t tell which of the ratchet arms will work for this rack as all of the reviews refer to it fitting 916 or 917. Can you help me identify the arm, the lock parts and the washers I need? I also need 2 straps that hold the wheel down.

It sounds like you are looking for the Replacement Locking Ratchet Arm Assembly part # 752-1272-001 and the Replacement Wheel Strap for Thule T2 Hitch Mounted Bike Racks part # 853-7002 which I confirmed will fit on the Thule T2 918XTR.
