Question:
Hello! I'll be soon towing a small camper with my 2020 Ford Edge. Trailer has lights but no brakes. What all do you recommend? Thank you.

There's a great hitch we sell for your 2020 Ford Edge called the etrailer class III 2" hitch # e36RR.
This hitch has a tongue weight of 675 lbs and a max gross trailer weight of 4,500 lbs. Perfect for towing a small camper.
I would refer back to the owners manual to find your specific vehicle's towing capacity and use the lowest rating between the vehicle and the hitch. Typically, the towing capacity for a 2020 ford edge is lower than the hitch towing capacity.
I also recommend a T-One vehicle wiring harness # 118805. I recommend this harness because of its quality and durability. This harness is direct plug and play for your application. This will connect under your trailer and allow you to have power to your trailer lights.
I have provided a link for these products as well as a step by step installation page for wiring harness.
