The hitch itself looks to be very well built. I have not installed it yet. My only complaint so far is the packaging. It was loosely in a box way bigger than the hitch. The hitch slid around alot and ripped through the box and scratched up the hitch. Not a big deal just aggravating.
Said would take an hour. Or 1/2 hour if a pro. Consider myself a decent mechanic. Will lake an hour or less if you have done it before. And even less time if you have a lift.

Grate hitch i am 71 years old installed about in about 3 hrs. by myself in my driveway
Looks great and instructions and online video made install easy. It took longer than expected but that is due to my large hands getting into a small space.
Better Instructions would nice , poor picture quality
The product is good and the installation video was very helpful. They only included 4 fish wires though and you obviously need 6. It took me quite a bit longer than it would have otherwise to install.
Delivery time was exceptional. When shipping a trailer hitch a little padding will go a long way. Customer service was excellent.
Bolts and blocks are way to big. Lime not even close. Neither one fit entry holes per the video.Added an extra 1.5 hours to my install.
Install win okay. Would be nice if I got six wire stringers instead of three. Also had to do some touch up paint on hitch. Maybe from shipping but not for sure. Also would be nice like most videos show to have a template for the factory cut out not just dimensions.
Overall the install was pretty simple and I'm glad they provided the fish wires, however 6 would have been more helpful than the 4 wires provided. I did have a fitment issue with both top bolt locations, which required filing/grinding down the receiver bolt holes about 1/16" of an inch to allow the bolts from the frame rail to pass through.
The hitch receiver is excellent. Works perfectly as expected. Only issue I have with this and etrailer is that there is not enough wire guides for all six bolts. This makes it difficult to install. Please send same amount of wire guides as bolts.

It was very easy to install. It came with instructions and and pictures to help with the building process. I did have to drill holes under the car. This trailer/hitch is a God send to take our electric bikes with us when we travel. I don’t have pictures because I didn’t think to take them while installing
Great price and extremely fast shipping
The trailer hitch fit well and is well fabricated. The issue is based on your vehicle, the hardware may or may not fit thru the slots on the frame as indicated in the installation video. I had to open up the slots to fit the mounting plate and bolt into the frame cavity. If you are uncomfortable cutting or drilling the frame openings required bring your vehicle to a shop.
I’m happy with the service and help after the purchase, I did not have clear how to install the hitch and you guys helped me out very gently and efficiently.

Only the highest quality hitch receiver available! Instructions were very clear and the video made it painless! Installed in my own garage with no ramps necessary. Highly recommend.
So far it’s great, I bought it to use a motorcycle hitch mount for. The fit was perfect. The fish wire worked extremely well. I was skeptical. Getting it on was a bit tedious but with patience totally doable.
Fit great , delivered in a reasonable amount of time . Nice direction for install . It’s used on a regular basis to connect a bike rack . Works great !
Great product looks good and simple to install
Purchased this trailer hitch receiver for my daughter's 2020 Ford Edge.It was installed by our mechanic neighbor, who said it aligned perfectly with the rear end of car.She was driving our granddaughter to college in Upstate New York. She had never driven with a trailer before. Said that it handled easily and was easy to hitch and unhitch.
I received the hitch last evening. It looks good in spite of the shipping box being damaged. I plan to install it in the next week or so.
Straight forward install. Worse part was fishing the bolts into the frame. Hands don’t fit in the openings but got ‘er done! Excellent how to video.
