what do you use for the 4 pin flat wire plug and does it have a mount for it on this hitch?

Hey Dean! We've got a couple of options to add a 4-way connector to a 2024 Ford Edge and which one you need will be determined by what model you have. Both harnesses are custom fit and plug in behind the tail lights without cutting or splicing. I have listed them below:
Titanium and ST - Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C73FR
SE and SEL - Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C89FR
I recommend using the No-Drill Mount Bracket item # 18136 and the item # C42CR to secure the 4-way connector to your hitch. This will put it in an easy to reach spot and prevent the risk of it falling onto the road.
If you need a hitch, I recommend our item # e36RR. It is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver, that has a 4,500 lbs towing capacity, and a 675 lbs maximum tongue weight.
