The Toyota Tacoma Mount Kit w/ Toolbox Mounts # TH41501 for Thule TracRac TracONE Ladder Rack # TH27000XT-XK4 will allow any toolbox that mounts down into the top of the bed rails. You will need to drill holes in a toolbox like the UWS Truck Bed Toolbox # UWS00016 allowing you to secure everything to the Deck Rail System in the bed of your 2021 Toyota Tacoma.
