What is Needed to Move a TracRac Pro w/ Cantilever from a 2014 Tacoma to 2021 Tacoma

I have a TracRac Pro with Cantilever extension currently mounted on a 6foot bed of a 2014 Toyota Tacoma. Is there an adapter kit to make it fit on a 2021 Toyota Tacoma?

From the pictures you sent, it looks like you have the deck rail system on your Tacoma. If that is the case then the difference in the Thule TracRac TracONE Ladder Rack w Cantilever # TH27000XT-500EX for the 2014 Tacoma and the Thule TracRac TracONE Ladder Rack w Cantilever # TH27000XT-501EX is actually just the mounting hardware.
The Toyota Tacoma Mount Kit # TH41501 is the mounting kit for 2016 and newer Tacoma's. You will switch out the mounting hardware from your 2014 and use this for your 2021.
If that is not the correct TracRac you have, please feel free to reach back out to me with your current racks information and I would be happy to help further. That is the only TracRac w/ Cantilever I found for your Tacoma.
