Yes The Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution w/ 4-Point Sway Control does come with a 2 inch ball but you can use The 2-5/16" Hitch Ball for Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Systems # EQ91-00-6100 as well. The 2-5/16 inch hitch is sold separately.
