How is Width of Camco RV Adjustable Screen Door Push Bar Measured

Question:
is the 32inch measurement at the inside of the mounting bar or the outside of the mounting bar? I cant find any diagrams showing this as it would be installed on a home screen door not a RV

The Camco RV Adjustable Screen Door Push Bar part # CAM43977 can be adjusted to 32" wide. This is measured at the mounting holes on center which you can see from the attached photo.
