Can the Camco RV Screen Door Cross Bar Be Used with SolidStep Fold Up Steps

Do these handles work with fold up steps like MorRyde or SolidStep?

There are some moving pieces on this since steps come in different heights/lengths, but the Camco RV Screen Door Cross Bar - 20-3/4" to 28-5/8" Long - Aluminum - Black # CAM42188 will only stick out around 2" from the inside of the screen door, and it can be mounted at pretty much any height. This allows you to keep it out of the way of most fold up steps, but it's much easier if you've got a 2 step assembly like the SolidStep Manual Fold-Down Steps for 24" Wide RV Door Frames - Double - Aluminum # LC713662. If you've got a 4 step assembly like the SolidStep Manual Fold-Down Steps for 25" to 28-7/8" RV Door Frames - Quad - Aluminum # LC791574 it's going to be a bit tougher.

You'll want to determine how high your steps go up your screen door and determine if it's still an acceptable height to mount the Camco # CAM42188.
