If your MaxxAir Fan # MA00-04000K isn't powering on or lifting open then the first step is to check the power. First check the fuse in your power center, it could just be as simple as a blown fuse.
From there check the power at the vent using a digital multimeter # PT89ZR. If you pull down the inner shroud you'll be able to pull down the wiring to test it.
If you have 12v at the vent then the issue most likely lies with our circuit board. For your 4951KS model you'll need the Replacement Printed Circuit Board for MaxxAir MaxxFan Plus Roof Vents # MA10A04751KS.
