The correct Replacement Operator Mechanism for your model 4751KS MaxxAir MaxxFan is part # MA10-20281K-1AF. If your fan lid is unable to open even manually, then this is the part you need to replace.
The other part you referenced, # MA10A04751KS would replace the printed circuit board on your MaxxFan instead.

What about the lid replacement for model# 4751KS? Thanks for any help.
