We’ve installed the hitch but the Spare tire support bracket doesn’t align no matter what we try. How do I get my spare tire back in place?

Expert Reply:
The "U" shaped bracket we remove from under the vehicle on the linked install video of the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98909 for a 2020 Chevy Colorado is removed and discarded which is why you're having trouble getting it to fit back in place. We actually call this out around the 4:00 minute mark in the video.
If you're looking to use the Colorado for towing purposes you'll also need the Hopkins Wiring Kit # HM11141144 and a ball mount like the B&W Tow & Stow # BWTS10048B.
