Are The Yakima OverHaul HD Ladder Rack And BAK Revolver X4S Compatible With Truxedo TS Elevate Rails

Updated 01/07/2025 | Published 06/06/2022

Question:

Im seeing differing opinions. I have the Yakima Overhaul HD rack and want to pair it with the Bak Revolver X4S cover. Will the Overhaul HD with the tonneau cover adapter fit with the Elevate TS Rails?

Yes, TS Rails like the # TH75FR are compatible with both the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack for Tonneau Cover - 60" Crossbars # Y01151-5755 and a BAK Revolver X4S cover like the # BAK24ZR.

If you could provide me with the year/make/model of your truck I could find the correct BAK cover to fit your application.

Not the OP, but I'm looking to do the same on a '21 F350 crew cab w/ the 6'9" bed. I actually have an BAK X2 Revolver and was wondering if I could just swap out the Rail Kit w/ the TS rails from the Revolver X4, then add the Yakima OverHaul HD to that?

@LeeM The TS rails # TH75FR just clamp between the tonneau cover and bedrails so you could just sandwich it between them and your X2. They've been confirmed to work with the X2 as well so you shouldn't need to swap out your cover's rails.

@KevinC - Thanks! OK, so instead of replacing the full rail w/ the new Revolver rails with the integrated track, I can just add the TS rails, then mount the Yakima Overhaul HD to that? Would I need the Yakima Tannoue kit 1 for that? Also, I checked, and I actually have the original X4 (not X2, not X4s), if that makes a difference.

@LeeM Yes, you would just unclamp the rails from the bed, slip in the TS Rails # TH75FR, and then clamp them back down. You're correct that you'd also need the tonneau cover adapter kit # Y01155 in order for the OverHaul HD ladder rack to connect. The TS Rails would also be compatible with the X4 as well so no problem there either.
