Will Yakima Overhaul HD Ladder Rack Fit T Slots of BAK Revolver X4TS

Question:

I have the BAK Revolver X4TS that has the T Slots on a Ford F150. Will the Yakima OverhaulHD work with it using the Tonneau Cover Adapter?

Hey Robert, yes the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack w/ Tonneau Cover Adapters # Y01151-5855 that you referenced will fit the T slots of the BAK Revolver tonneau cover that you have. What are you planning on carrying on the Overhaul?

Hi Jameson. I’m planning on mainly using for kayaks, paddle boards, or canoe. I have seen lots of conflicting information so it’s been quite confusing. Yakima does not call it out as supported. Do you have any examples of it working? Btw, you guys at eTrailer are great! Thanks for the help!

@RobertM If you purchase the overhaul kit that includes the track mounts, you should be good to go. The Caveats: -the track mounts for the overhaul will require drilling into the top of the bedrails to securely mount the rails. -the rail will sit outside of the tonneau rails, which will push the overhaul mounts a slight bit over the truck bed; which is ultimately an aesthetics decision. I've had the overhaul for a couple of years now and I love it. I use it for work and it's rock solid. I have the Yakama OH Rack and a Pace Edwards retractable cover on my 2024 Ram 1500. This combination fit my truck perfectly with no drilling. I use the racks along with a set of Malone Seawings to carry my kayaks and canoe. I do remove my racks in winter and hang them on the garage wall. Great combination, I would buy this again!
