Yes, you can connect a 3rd Brake Light Logic Module # PP20-702 to a 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector # HM48110. This will filter our the turn signals from the brake lights on your trailer connector. Then you will only need to run the power and ground wire up to your 3rd brake light on your topper.
